Advice of the Legislative Counail

thereof, to enable the Governor

Do-operate with the Chinese: Authorities

for the Suppression of Pirvary.

The object of this Ordinance is to enable the Governor in Council

to

-operate with the Chinese Government and I believe also the Government of Meano in preventing Fishing Vessels and Trading Junks

from carrying Arms or Munitions of Weer including Stink Pots.
